Qi Gong is a series of movements that cultivate our internal body energy. This energy, called "qi or chi" is the flow of health in our bodies when trained and maintained. This gentle practice mostly performed while standing in one place, is traceable for over 5,000 years in China and the Middle East. Proper practice can improve vascular and lymphatic circulation, improve digestion, increase brain function, improve mental health, strengthen the immune system and skeletal systems and increase life expectancy and vitality.
